Learn how to reproduce and scale a good POC/POV process. Exchange ideas about tools and formats with others and create the workflow that will allow new team members to run successful POCs in no time.
The fineprint
Masterclasses are intended for individuals who like to become experts in an area and / or develop a solution for their startup to help it grow and scale. Over the course of 6 weeks participants will hone their skills and develop a plan or even complete a solution for the most important parts of a Presales organisation.
Ideally you will have at the end of the class a structured canvas with the plans laid out for a scalable, reliable demo system or a POC / POV structure that scales with your team or a plan about who to hire and how to onboard them quickly.
A particular Masterclass will start when enough (minimum 3) participants joined and paid the fee. To join you need to sign up for the community and register for your desired class.
The scheduling and application process will take place within the „School of Presales“ community. There will also be private groups for the interaction within the masterclass on this community platform.
Joining the community is free of charge.
